Ahhh, beautiful, sunny Acapulco!!!

So, we made a qwik side trip over to Acapulco by car. It was a 5-1/2 hour drive through the winding mountains, enough to make you puke. We decided the next time, we are flying! But once we got there, all was well. It was beautiful! We stayed at the Park Royal, a resort that climbs up a mountain from the beach. It even has a tram to take you up the mountain, if you don't want to hike up the mountain to your room. The weather was in the 90s, always sunny, drinks were cold, food was good, water was warm, and of course, the good company. Brayan and Lupe came with us, and Race and Brayan had a great time, of course. We all did!!!

Mom and Race getting bowled over by a wave in the ocean. Race had a good time in the water, but the waves were a scary mystery for him. He would play and kick and jump, but then cling to mom's leg when a wave came. Then resume his play until the next wave.

After Race had his turn being thrown around in the pool it was Brayan's turn. He is two years older than Race, but I think Race out weighs him already.

Now it's dad's turn to play with Race in the ocean. As mom stated, he wasn't too sure of the waves, but it was still fun for him.

Race was really having a blast in the water with this boat. I can't wait to get him out on the island this summer. He is going to be alot of fun this year out on the water.

Here is the view we had of the bay from our room. Pretty sweet, I am glad we had our camera with us so that I can remember the view (darn all-inclusives!).
